Bart is originally from the PNW, attended Gonzaga University where he led the Outdoor Program on campus and graduated with a degree in Marketing. Bart moved to Tahoe in 2004 where he worked in the Sales & Marketing department at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Six years at Kirkwood were followed by six in San Francisco as the Community Marketing Manager for the (18) Sports Authority locations in the Bay Area. Bart returned to Tahoe in 2016 to join the DMO and represent the North Shore of Lake Tahoe to the travel trade and meeting planners. In Bart’s free time he enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing with his wife Heather and their two dogs.
